They need to listen when customers say free shipping should be easier to get to and show they actually value their shoppers. Right now they don't, and their reviews reflect that.
Took almost a full month just to get a response saying they couldn't combine two separate orders I'd made with different email addresses. They claim it's a privacy issue but that's ridiculous - there are plenty of ways to verify I'm the same person. It's clear the team doesn't really care about making things easier for customers.
