What Shoppers Say About PAIGE
PAIGE is rated 1.6 out of 5 by 24 shoppers, with a highly polarized experience divided between loyal customers and significantly dissatisfied buyers. The main complaints center on serious fulfillment and customer service issues: multiple unexplained order cancellations, unresponsive support that leaves customers waiting weeks without resolution, and shipping delays far exceeding promised timeframes. Additionally, several shoppers report quality concerns including horizontal wave marks appearing on jeans after washing and fabric that feels cheap or becomes wrinkled quickly after the first wash.
On the positive side, a small group of repeat customers report that PAIGE jeans offer excellent fit and longevity, with some pairs lasting years and receiving compliments regularly. These satisfied shoppers value the quality of the materials and construction. However, the overwhelming volume of complaints about order management, communication, and product defects suggests systemic problems that outweigh the praise from long-term customers who have had better experiences.

Sorted by: Most recentThis was my first order from them and I made a mistake by removing the tags before trying them on properly. When I did put them on I found they were too big. I contacted their customer service to see if I could exchange for a smaller size but they said no because the tags weren't attached. For over two hundred dollars that's a ridiculous policy. This will definitely be my last purchase from them.
I'm such a fan of this brand and their founder too. Grabbed a pair of their mid-rise bootcut jeans through Nordstrom Canada and they fit perfectly. Also picked up their tan faux leather jacket and both pieces are great.
I ordered three palazzo pants that didn't fit and sent them back via recorded delivery on July 29th. As of now Paige hasn't responded until I sent a third email and they basically asked if I'd sent it to the correct address. I sent them my postal receipt proving I had. Still nothing. I don't get how such a big company can be this disorganized.
If you're shopping from the UK, be really careful. The stuff ships from the USA which wasn't clear when I was ordering. I didn't realize some items were marked as final sale with no returns. The shipping cost to send back my full-price items was fifty pounds, which is ridiculous. You're honestly better off shopping somewhere else entirely.
I had a really great experience at the London Kings Road location this past weekend. The assistant manager went out of their way to help me with an issue I'd had with an online order and was super considerate about the whole thing. Really appreciate the assistance.
I ordered from their UK site but my package came from the USA. The fit was totally different from what I'd tried on in the store. When I attempted to return the item in the store they told me I had to ship it back myself. The postage alone was seventy-five pounds. I emailed to complain and ask for help covering the cost but got absolutely nothing. I'm really upset about the whole thing.
The whole experience was horrible and completely unprofessional. Their clothes just aren't worth what they're charging.
Their customer service is terrible. For the price they charge everything should be straightforward but instead they make it complicated. Even returning something is a hassle. The sizing is unpredictable too - I had to send the pants back three times trying to get the right fit. I'm still waiting on two refunds and don't think I'll be buying from them again.
I ordered what was supposed to be beige jeans but the color I got was completely different from what was shown online. When I asked about returning them, they wanted me to pay for shipping back. Just be aware that their website photos don't seem to match what actually shows up at your door.
I grabbed two pairs from their New York store and they looked good on me and fit okay. I washed them super carefully, even turning them inside out, and then threads started falling apart everywhere. This is crazy for a pair of jeans that cost two hundred thirty dollars. My Zara and G-Star Raw jeans have lasted me eight years and these didn't even make it nine months. Pretty disappointing. Are you guys going to reach out to me about this?
