What Shoppers Say About PAIGE
PAIGE is rated 1.6 out of 5 by 24 shoppers, with a highly polarized experience divided between loyal customers and significantly dissatisfied buyers. The main complaints center on serious fulfillment and customer service issues: multiple unexplained order cancellations, unresponsive support that leaves customers waiting weeks without resolution, and shipping delays far exceeding promised timeframes. Additionally, several shoppers report quality concerns including horizontal wave marks appearing on jeans after washing and fabric that feels cheap or becomes wrinkled quickly after the first wash.
On the positive side, a small group of repeat customers report that PAIGE jeans offer excellent fit and longevity, with some pairs lasting years and receiving compliments regularly. These satisfied shoppers value the quality of the materials and construction. However, the overwhelming volume of complaints about order management, communication, and product defects suggests systemic problems that outweigh the praise from long-term customers who have had better experiences.

Sorted by: Most recentI like the quality of their tees but after three washes mine looked awful for something that cost eighty dollars. Their support team is also pretty unhelpful.
I've bought several pairs of Paige jeans over a few months and they're definitely not cheap. Here's the thing though - I'm in the UK and they're in the USA, and right now their US team seems to be having major issues. I ordered a pair that came in the wrong style and dealing with them has been a nightmare. We've traded tons of emails back and forth, mostly automated ones, and they kept asking for photos, codes, everything. They even seemed to suggest they'd gotten it right initially and I was mistaken which was pretty insulting. I've spent a lot of money on this brand and have plenty of their jeans, so why is it this difficult for a big company to fix one order for me? One of their people finally called me recently which was nice, even twice, though I definitely couldn't afford to call them. I'm still waiting to see if they'll actually help me and send me jeans I can actually wear.
This is a big corporate brand that's tried to strong-arm smaller independent shops into compliance. I don't want to support them anymore because of how they operate.
I purchased four pairs of Paige Lennox Woody jeans and after just three washes two of them completely fell apart. For a two hundred fifty dollar pair of pants that's unacceptable. I reached out to their support team three different times with photos and details about the problem, but after more than a month they still haven't responded. It's pretty shocking honestly.
