What Shoppers Say About Parachute
Parachute shoppers are deeply divided in their assessments. Loyal customers praise the quality of the linen and bedding products, particularly the vintage linen offerings, and consistently highlight exceptional customer service experiences, noting that the team handles issues like order mistakes with ease and professionalism. However, a significant portion of reviewers report serious durability concerns, with multiple complaints about products falling apart, fraying, pilling, and tearing within months of purchase, despite premium pricing. These dissatisfied customers also cite frustration with customer service responsiveness, difficulty reaching the company by phone, and unsatisfactory resolutions when attempting to address product failures.
The disconnect between positive and negative experiences suggests quality consistency or material authenticity may be inconsistent across product lines. Several reviewers question whether products meet their stated descriptions and pricing. Limited accessibility to customer support, particularly the apparent unavailability of phone support, emerges as a recurring complaint among those who encountered problems. The company's requirement to wait for an email before posting reviews has also drawn criticism from frustrated customers.

Sorted by: Most recentI ordered queen sheets by mistake when I actually needed king. Nico from their customer service team was absolutely wonderful about it and handled my return and new order super smoothly. Big thanks to Nico for making it so easy!
I'm actually shocked by some of these other reviews. I've been ordering from here for years and have had nothing but good experiences with everything I've bought, mostly linen stuff and a body pillow. Just got a dark green body pillow cover and had another excellent experience. Their vintage linen is something I absolutely adore but they barely make it anymore, which is a bummer because that used to be what their sheets were made from. They still use it for the body pillow covers and it's such a beautiful fabric. I'd buy it in every color if they made linen sheets out of it. Honestly I love it that much. Would totally grab it in tea towels and bath towels too if available. Sorry to hear what others went through. I'm sticking with them.
Spent ninety bucks on bath sheets in December and by the following September they were already falling apart. The edges started fraying and threads were pulling everywhere. I contacted them to see what they could do and got back basically a 'thanks but no thanks.' I pushed back saying it's ridiculous to charge that much for something that falls apart in less than a year, and they just kept saying it was too late. So they're claiming their premium craftsmanship is only good for twelve months? Look elsewhere if you're spending big money. I work in design and won't be recommending them to clients anymore because they count on me to help them find things that actually last. My ten dollar Target towels have been holding up great for six years in comparison. They also wouldn't give me a review link when I asked, and when I asked for a real fix they eventually offered twenty percent off another purchase after I had to ask multiple times. That's not a solution. I shouldn't have to pay extra to fix a defective product. Super disappointed and I'm checking out other brands now.
Really disappointed with the Organic Cloud Cotton Quilt. Within a month it started falling apart everywhere. It's been a year now and it's so worn out it tears constantly. Don't waste your money on this stuff when you can get something cheaper that won't let you down. Also heads up - the company makes you wait for an email before reviewing and that window closes fast so you can't trust most of what you see on their site. Seems shady and the quality is just not there.
We got the pricey Egyptian Cotton sateen sheets. The tag just says one hundred percent cotton though. Within four months they're already pilling which tells me the cotton quality is actually pretty bad. The customer service phone line doesn't even work anymore, which makes you wonder why. The only way to get help is through their New York store location. I sent pictures and their big solution was twenty percent off more sheets. Why would I throw more money at this? The marketing is misleading and customer service is absolutely terrible.
There's basically zero customer service here. I had a problem with my order and couldn't find a phone number or email anywhere. They have a 'schedule a call' option but nothing's ever available. I dug up a number online but got a voicemail saying to call back during business hours, even though I was already calling during business hours. That number also mentioned an email so I tried that too. Still waiting to hear anything back. Definitely frustrating for what you're paying for these products. Update: I've sent multiple emails and still nothing. The phone number continues to be useless no matter when I call.
Got a duvet cover as a wedding gift for someone and it was a huge hit. Ordering was straightforward and it showed up right on time.
These blush linen sheets might be the best sleep I've had in ages. They get even softer every time you wash them and they keep you nice and cool during hot summer nights. I absolutely adore these!
These sheets are honestly amazing. They're incredibly soft and stay cool while you sleep. Hands down the best sheets we've ever purchased and we're definitely buying more.
My order took about forty five days to arrive. When it finally got here I was hoping the sheets would feel softer than they did initially. But after using them for a month and washing a few times I'm actually really happy with them. Definitely planning to order another set when these eventually wear out.
