I ordered my doll at 10am on 7/2 and paid an extra 13.86 for expedited shipping. The order didn't get processed until 7/6, then sat in their warehouse for 2 days before FedEx picked it up after midnight on 7/8. I didn't receive the doll until 2pm on 7/14.

I placed an order a month ago and still haven't gotten it (the Hoot Hoot doll). I've sent about 5 emails trying to figure out what's going on but the company hasn't responded at all. I found out on another website that my order was supposedly cancelled. Both the tracking info and my order have disappeared from their site too, which is really strange. I've bought from them before with a different doll and didn't have major issues, just took forever to arrive (though it was beautiful). What's really bothering me now is that I'm getting zero response about this problem. There's basically no communication happening. I want my money back. This is unprofessional and honestly I'm shocked by how they're treating me.

The dolls themselves are decent but nowhere near as good as Ashton and Drake dolls. Shipping took forever and they use FedEx which lost my package in the first place. When I finally tracked it down, the customer service team was rude and not helpful at all. The dolls have glued hair and squishy faces, nothing like the Ashton and Drake dolls which have hand rooted hair and firm faces. These dolls aren't worth the 100 plus dollars they're charging for them given the quality. Sure, Ashton and Drake dolls are hard to get because everyone wants them, but they're definitely worth the wait and their customer service is way better too. I won't be ordering from them again.

I'm 11 and got the Rainbow Blessing Joy doll for Christmas and I absolutely love her. She's adorable and brings so much happiness. We're from England so getting an American doll like this is special. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because it took over 2 months to get here and at one point we weren't sure it would show up at all. We tried contacting them but didn't hear back, so their customer service wasn't great, though I know there have been shipping issues going around. Despite the wait, I really do love my doll and the company!

I'm really upset about this purchase. I bought a doll on the 15th and was told by someone at the company it would arrive before Christmas. It's now been 11 days and I still don't have it. The tracking info stopped updating partway through delivery and there's been nothing since. I think the package got lost somewhere along the way. I'd like them to send me a replacement doll. This was my first time ordering from them and it hasn't given me a great first impression.
