What Shoppers Say About Parks Project
Parks Project receives sharply divided customer feedback, with 15 shoppers rating it 2.3 out of 5. Satisfied customers praise the quality of apparel, particularly jackets, fleeces, and shirts, noting good craftsmanship and comfortable fits. Fast shipping is also cited as a positive when orders process smoothly. However, a significant portion of reviewers report serious fulfillment problems, including orders sitting unshipped for weeks without customer service response, damaged items in transit, and difficulty resolving shipping damage claims. Several shoppers also express frustration with sizing inconsistency across products and high prices relative to perceived value, especially when factoring in return shipping fees and potential losses.
The divided ratings suggest Parks Project delivers excellent experiences for some customers but falls short substantially for others, particularly regarding order fulfillment reliability and post-purchase support. Issues with unresponsive customer service and return processes appear to be recurring pain points that affect overall satisfaction.

Sorted by: Most recentDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Their costs are ridiculously inflated, and their site malfunctioned when I was trying to apply a 10% discount code multiple times. Then during checkout, my order went through without my confirmation. I checked the page and saw prices in different currency, but somehow I already had a purchase confirmation. I contacted them about the mix up and they said it would take 2-3 days to handle. It's now been 5 days and they're ignoring my messages plus communications from my bank regarding the charge. They took $270 from me for a basic polaroid camera with stickers and socks. Really? And the worst part is they market themselves as a charitable organization supporting park conservation. What percentage of this money actually goes to the parks? This is completely fraudulent.
I won't shop here again. I ordered on November 26th and it's now December 9th with still no package. The delivery time is incredibly slow and I'm not confident it will ever show up. Would not suggest this store to anyone.
Fantastic products overall. Really dig the tees and caps. The fabrics feel great and are super durable. Even their board games are cool and really well designed! Would definitely recommend.
Grabbed a couple of Yellowstone Peaceful Bear tees in small and large because I was really into the design. Paid around $40 per shirt through different retailers, so I had high expectations for the quality. Unfortunately, I was let down right away. The material felt way too thin and I'm worried these won't hold up over time. Both tees also have shoddy collar construction. The small has a crooked collar while the large one is seriously off center by more than an inch, which looks pretty odd when wearing it. On top of that, the large shirt came covered in pet hair. I get that manufacturing internationally supports local economies, but if Parks Project is charging $40 for such flimsy fabric, they really need to better communicate with their manufacturers about quality standards.
First time ordering from this brand and I wanted a shirt that was only available online. The size chart wasn't very helpful and the product description just listed model heights without much else. My shirt arrived but didn't fit right, so I went to exchange it online for the next size up which showed available. Their exchange system wouldn't allow it even though inventory said it was in stock. I've emailed customer service twice over the past week with no reply. I also filled out their web form and messaged them on social media. Radio silence from everyone. Now I'm stuck with a shirt I can't wear and can't exchange, since that size sold out. If I want to return it, I'd pay $9. This is really frustrating. I understand companies have staffing challenges, but not responding to a customer for over a week about an exchange is unacceptable. Your mission is important, but it doesn't excuse completely ignoring customers.
