Would give zero stars if possible. About a month back, I grabbed some mountain biking shoes from another retailer and decided to try out a pair of Summits from this company since I've always been a fan of their gear. I was really hoping the Summits would be my go-to choice, but here we are a full month later and they still haven't shown up. The other retailer got my first pair to me in 2 days, and when they were too tight, the replacement arrived just as fast. Meanwhile, I'm sitting around waiting for these shoes. The excuses kept piling up with zero acknowledgment of the problem, blaming shipping every time, and then they said they'd send a replacement pair that apparently never even got processed. I finally demanded a refund and an actual apology, plus honestly expected something for all the hassle since I'd already given away my old pair and spent a whole month without shoes to ride in. This morning after sending a frustrated email last night, I got word they'd refund me. But that's it, no sorry and definitely no gesture of goodwill. I'm done with this brand for good and I'd tell anyone else thinking about ordering to look elsewhere if you actually want your stuff. The other place was professional, efficient, and reliable. It breaks my heart to write this because I used to really believe in their products.

Cannot recommend this to anyone. Once I created an account, emails with product suggestions started flooding my inbox every single day. There's supposedly an unsubscribe link, but clicking it does absolutely nothing. I tried reaching out to their support team and got nothing back. The only way I could stop the emails was to bulk send them all to my spam folder. I also tried purchasing from them once before and the items arrived in really poor condition, basically cheap plastic stuff. I sent everything back without hesitation, so yeah, definitely not worth your time or money.
