Not even when I asked what was taking so long. They've kept my money and the shoes. Another person mentioned this too but worth saying again: no refunds once they hurt your feet. This Peltz operation is a scam and a rip-off. This sounds like mail fraud to me and I'm thinking about reporting them to the authorities and the Better Business Bureau. Reading through all these other complaints, I'm far from alone in getting taken advantage of by them. People should be warned. You might be throwing your money away like I did.
