I would give zero stars if possible. I've been shopping with this company for roughly 15 years and had fantastic experiences. When they had their UK location, everything was wonderful - staff was trained, products were excellent, and everything arrived quickly. Then last year they made a terrible decision to partner with some designer nobody in the UK had heard of, and for good cause too. The clothing was both ugly and outrageously priced. It was nothing like what the brand stood for and seemed like a huge misstep. Customers didn't want them and the company must have lost serious money, which probably explains why they shut down the UK operation with no warning earlier this year. We just showed up to a non-working website and couldn't find any answers. I'd sent back items worth about £731 in May and still haven't seen that refund. Maybe they're keeping my money. The US call center staff aren't well trained and couldn't help. They tried to be nice but had no clue and their English was hard to understand. It's been about 6 months now.
