The packaging looked like it came from a thrift store. Even in my normal size, the dress was uncomfortably tight, and the pattern placement was so bad it looked weird from across the room, which might be a manufacturing issue. The online photos made the dress look way brighter and better than what actually arrived. The return costs are ridiculous, and honestly that's enough to keep me from buying here again. The material feels cheap, sizes run small, and nothing matches the pictures you see online. I'd skip this brand altogether. Online images are super misleading compared to what you get.
Terrible! I saw a gorgeous white pants set with a black belt paired with a white top that had matching black patterns. They sent me white pants with a white belt instead, claiming the black belt was only used for the photoshoot and isn't actually sold with the item. That's scamming people with different colors than what's advertised. They also told me I could just return it, but no thanks. If you weren't misleading customers with fake product photos, we wouldn't need to return anything in the first place. Not a trustworthy company.
Just had my first bad experience ordering from this site. I got a pair of ballet flats and it showed up after about 11 days, but the black dust bag that should've been included was nowhere to be found. When I reached out to support about the missing item, they basically said it wasn't their problem and told me I'd have to send the whole thing back. The contact form also gave me an error when I tried to use it. They offered me 10% off as compensation, which honestly doesn't help when what I really needed was them to just send me the missing dust bag instead of making me deal with returns. I'm pretty disappointed and had much better luck shopping for their products elsewhere.
The handbag I received came with the wrong shoulder strap compared to what was shown on their website. I contacted customer service about it and they claimed they didn't have a different strap for that particular bag, which is obviously false. I can see the correct strap on the same bag style (mini Jolene in white) at actual Pinko locations and even on Farfetch. They refused to send me the right strap and just offered a full refund or exchange with 10% off my next order, something that'll never happen. Definitely steer clear of this place.
I bought a cute purse at a London location but the clasp was broken. I went to a different store location to exchange it and they told me you can only return items to the exact store where you bought them. The associate suggested I could just go back to my original store when I had time off around Christmas. Like seriously, why would you assume I have the holidays free, and even if I did, why would I want to spend my vacation time traveling across the city to return something that's faulty? This policy is awful and makes the customer experience miserable.
I'd give zero stars if I could. Their customer service is basically nonexistent. The contact email doesn't even work. I ordered a dress with a six pound shipping charge, but when I went to return it, they wanted fifteen pounds to ship it back to Italy. Customer service never responded and my emails kept bouncing back.
