Purchased a nice leather purse and wallet from their Lisbon store. I repeatedly asked the staff if the items were made in Italy and was told yes every single time. Once I got back to California, I found a Made in China tag hidden deep inside the purse that was hard to spot. When I emailed their customer service about this, I got back a generic, unhelpful response about how they manufacture globally. They totally dodged my actual concern. I absolutely would not have bought these if they'd been honest with me from the start when I asked. This is super unethical behavior. They tell you to contact customer service but then give you irrelevant garbage answers. Don't give them your money!
This is my first order from Pinko and I was really impressed by how nice the packaging was, even for tiny items. Plus the delivery arrived earlier than expected. Excellent experience so far and I'm definitely going to shop with them again.

Wish I'd checked the reviews first before placing my order. I ordered from Switzerland and they originally took the delivery fee out of my total, then the carrier turned around and charged me again along with customs fees. That ended up being about 40 Swiss francs extra. Returning items is something you have to arrange and pay for yourself too. I had to fill out all the customs paperwork and drop another 40 francs on the return. They won't let you return stuff to their store either. This was my first and last time ordering from Pinko.
Stay away from ordering through the UK Pinko site! I'm in Scotland and not only did I get charged the regular shipping cost of 12 pounds, but UPS also slapped me with additional tax charges with zero warning on their website about these extra fees. Imagine my surprise when I got an invoice from UPS for 99 pounds just for a small bag! I refused to pay those ridiculous fees and asked the UPS driver to send it back to Pinko before delivery, and I notified Pinko I didn't want the bag. But they delivered it anyway, and now UPS is threatening me with extra charges if I don't accept it. Lucky for me I used PayPal, so hopefully they can help me fight this. I will never order from these scammers again. You should be embarrassed, Pinko!
