The deal was supposed to include a previous pack with puff stickers included. I normally don't contact customer service, but I had to because the promotional pack never showed up. Their site says promo orders get sent separately from the monthly club shipment. So I waited about a week, which was already two weeks into my order timeline, before finally reaching out. Support told me it was sent but must have gotten lost. They sent a replacement that actually arrived before my first official subscription box. Some of the designs are cute but others are just strange, like stickers of feet, and a lot of them look AI generated. They claim to have designers on staff, but there's nothing stopping companies from using AI without telling customers. On top of everything, the owner Mo seems to inject herself everywhere. Every box includes a note from her with boring thoughts about that month's theme, and she's constantly posting about her personal life on social media instead of highlighting the actual designers. Their website also has issues.

These are great! I had the petite subscription going for a while, but when they raised prices I had to cancel. Still, I got so many amazing stickers while I was subscribed, with tons of cool designs and really great quality. Even the smaller option gives you plenty. Don't buy from Pipsticks unless you're prepared to wait over a month and a half for delivery. When I complained to them about the delay, they offered a $10 off coupon instead of actually fixing the problem. When my sticker keeper finally arrived, I was disappointed. The quality is cheap and disappointing. The stickers won't peel off the laminated pages like they're supposed to, which defeats the purpose since I bought it for my kids to be able to remove and use the stickers freely. This company doesn't live up to the hype at all. I won't be ordering from them again.
