Got 4 pairs of jeans in the same size and 2 of them are okay but not great, pair 3 is way too snug and pair 4 is enormous. When I tried to send them back after 2 weeks, they wouldn't accept a return or even offer store credit. Everything still has tags. They won't do anything with them. Total waste.

My experience with Pistola was incredibly frustrating. The jeans I got didn't fit right, and returning them ended up costing me nearly $20, basically charging me just to test out their expensive products. I was already aware of the $10 fee to generate a return label using my own materials, but their return policy never mentioned I'd owe additional shipping costs on top of that. It was a nasty shock when I found out. When I asked customer service about it, they basically said since I used a discount code, that's just how it is, and it felt really dismissive. Their return rules are confusing, misleading, and end result is the customer always pays. The whole thing felt like I was just being squeezed for money, and I'm done with this brand. I won't be ordering again and would advise anyone considering it to really think it through first.

I placed an order on PistolaDenim.com and was really let down by how they handle returns. The product showed a regular price with zero mention of it being final sale. When the size didn't work out, I went to return it only to see that their system suddenly marked it as final sale. I reached out to support with my original order confirmation proving it wasn't labeled that way, but they refused to process the return anyway. This feels dishonest and not customer-friendly for a brand charging these prices. Heads up to others: the website details you see before buying might not match what gets enforced once you've paid.

Can't find a phone number to call, customer service is basically unavailable. No tracking number provided for returns and no confirmation email either.

Cesar has been amazing to work with, super patient and helpful whenever I need something. I sometimes struggle getting through their return process, but he takes the time to guide me through each step. Love what this company does.

Bought jeans in September and sent them back, got confirmation they arrived, but my refund still hasn't come through. I've gone back and forth with Pistola multiple times about the missing money and they kept saying there were processing errors on their end sending it to my card, not just once or twice but over and over. After dealing with two months of back and forth and excuses, I filed a dispute with my card company. Pistola's response was to send a refund for a different order in their letter to my card issuer, which didn't help. My card company turned down the dispute. I've been working with them and sent everything including all email conversations, full details on each purchase and proof of what I paid without getting refunded. Still waiting on that money from Pistola. Beyond the awful support, they show zero accountability or responsibility for messing up, which is just shocking. If you're comfortable chasing down refunds, spending your time emailing back and forth with their so-called support team, getting poor treatment and potentially losing money anyway, then go ahead. Otherwise, skip it.

These jeans are fantastic and super comfortable. The team here is always ready to help with anything you need regarding your purchase. Really impressive from start to finish, highly recommend!

Customer service doesn't exist at this company. If something goes wrong with your purchase and it will, they won't get back to you. I paid extra for faster shipping and it's been over a week with no shipment yet.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this deserves to be said. I found the brand through Saks off 5th and it looked solid, so I thought the quality would be decent. Once I wore the jeans, there was a little rip right where the metal hardware connects. My tailor explained that the hardware pieces were stronger than the actual denim fabric itself. They fixed it for me. On the very next wear, another tear showed up. I emailed their support team which says they respond within 48 hours. It's been over three months with no reply. If you care about quality, look elsewhere. This is my first and last purchase from Pistola.
