They've got so much distressing that white material is visible underneath. Super disappointed since I bought a pair in a store before and those are great. I sent customer service pictures showing the online version versus what arrived, and got nothing back, no apology, no understanding, nothing acknowledging that the actual product is completely different from what was advertised. Not buying again. Hoping I at least get refunded after paying another huge amount to ship the items back. And they didn't offer anything to cover the original shipping either.
