Stay away from this company. Bought a jacket from the UK and sent it back to the US because the quality was disappointing and nowhere near worth 200 pounds. Customer service responded with an intimidating email saying the returned jacket was in bad condition. I only tried it on, didn't like it, and put it back in the original packaging to send out the next day. After a couple of threatening messages, they finally processed my refund. Skip this place entirely. Their clothes are low quality and their customer service is just as bad.

Worst experience with this company! I ordered a black zip-up hoodie and checked my confirmation twice, but they sent me grey instead. I contacted their customer service line on November 10th to request an exchange. Shouldn't have to pay return shipping when it's their mistake, especially for a 140 pound item. I've followed up multiple times and even messaged on Instagram with zero response. This price point should come with much better support.

This feels more like a dropshipping operation even though they claim to have inventory. I bought pants that I expected to be Pixie Market brand, but what arrived had poor construction and one of those cheap tags you'd find on items from overseas sites. You'd get way better value buying direct from somewhere like Ali Express for a fraction of the price.
