At Tokyo Haneda, this has got to be the worst airport lounge I've seen. All they offer is cup noodles, plain rice with basic curry, or a hot dish that's just mixed vegetables and fried noodles. Maybe some chicken nuggets if you're lucky. Haggendaz ice cream is literally the only bright spot. I wouldn't pay ten bucks for food like that.

The Fiumicino Airport lounge has fantastic design and quality food that looks sophisticated and refined. Unfortunately, that positive impression gets completely ruined by how the cleaning and service staff behave. They're constantly talking loudly to each other across the lounge like they're hanging out at home, making guests feel like we're intruding when really the opposite should be true. In a business lounge, you'd expect quiet, comfort, and top-tier service, but instead you feel out of place. Management should definitely look into this and coach the staff on acting professionally and matching the premium experience they advertise.

Terrible! The Orlando Plaza Premium is the worst airport lounge I've experienced. It's run down, dirty, crammed with people, and the food is disgusting. There's barely any bathroom facilities either. The only positive is a solid bar setup and some nice staff members. If it's free with your ticket it's still unacceptable, but paying fifty-three dollars for this? Total scam!

I wish I could give zero stars. Both lounges at Istanbul SAW are packed to the gills. Be ready for that if you go.

The LHR T5 lounge is far too cramped for the volume of guests allowed inside. Seating is packed in tight, making it uncomfortable. Breakfast options are sparse and low quality. Staff weren't paying attention and didn't refill items when they ran out. The hot breakfast dishes came out just warm. Bathrooms are undersized, filthy, and one sink was out of commission. This is a place you'll want to steer clear of if comfort, attentive staff, and quality matter to you.

Don't expect fair treatment when you pre-book; they prioritize revenue over customer care. We reserved the lounge at T5 through a travel site, but when our airline cancelled our flight during check-in and rerouted us through another city to Canada, everything changed. When we came back and tried to use our booking for the return, the lounge was packed solid with a line trying to get in, and they were still admitting walk-ins. A handwritten sign mentioned the coffee machine was broken, and people leaving said there were zero available seats. The staff member dismissed our request, saying we'd booked through a third party and had to contact them. We mentioned it was meant to be something special for our fortieth anniversary and my wife doesn't drink, so we wouldn't have used much. The staff showed zero flexibility or compassion. We'd have gotten way better value spending half that amount at Gordon Ramseys restaurant instead. Won't use Holiday Extras or book directly with Plaza Premium again since they couldn't be bothered with any support, compensation, or resolution.

I bought two passes and followed all the directions for Brisbane International. Everything went smoothly until I tried to redeem the pre-purchased voucher code. The system rejected it even though I have email confirmation of the code. Is this place legitimate? The whole booking process is unnecessarily complicated and confusing. Really disappointed with this experience. Hoping someone actually responds to my request for assistance.

Like everything at Heathrow, the plaza premium setup at terminal 5 is highway robbery. Pricey with minimal seating and a pathetic drink selection. The food is genuinely gross. Do yourself a favor and skip it entirely!!!!

Honestly, this place is a complete embarrassment. They take the effort to label everything for gluten-free diets but then only give a Greek salad to people with celiac or gluten sensitivity. It makes no sense. They have chips and bread products but nothing with actual fruit? Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Really disappointing.
