What Shoppers Say About Porsche Design
Porsche Design has received overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with 75% of reviews rating the store at one star. The most consistent complaints center on severely inadequate customer support, with many reviewers reporting unanswered emails and unresponsive phone lines. Additional recurring issues include incorrect orders, unmet delivery timeframes (ranging from weeks to months), product quality problems (broken locks, loose pen caps, defective watch dials), damaged items upon arrival, and unprocessed refunds. A small minority of satisfied customers praised competitive pricing relative to similar luxury brands and timely delivery, but these positive experiences are vastly outnumbered.
The pattern across reviews suggests systemic operational failures rather than isolated incidents. Shoppers report particular frustration given Porsche Design's premium positioning and high price points, with customers expecting service standards that match the luxury brand reputation. Even customers who appreciated their actual products expressed disappointment with the post-purchase experience, including lack of responsiveness to defect reports and replacement requests.

Sorted by: Most recentMy suitcase showed up after being held in Customs for what felt like forever, and I'm really glad because it's excellent. However, ordering internationally from Germany to the UK is honestly a nightmare after Brexit. Heads up if you're thinking of ordering from them right now.
This is embarrassing for Porsche. The third party they work with is seriously damaging the brand. I placed an order on February 11th and my package is still sitting in Germany. Customer service ignores every email and request to cancel. They blame Brexit and make snide remarks about it. I had to get American Express involved, and thankfully they came through and refunded me right away.
The quality of these products is mediocre at best, yet they're priced like they're made of gold. There's basically no service whatsoever. You place an order and wait with no updates. Won't let you know when it ships. Won't notify you about anything. Your only choice is to email or call them for a tracking number or sit around for weeks wondering if they even lost your order. Spoiler alert: they won't tell you they lost it. You find out yourself when you finally track it down. I've spent hundreds of dollars on what amounts to cheap merchandise. The clothing looks good but the quality is terrible and it's marked up way more than it should be. Delivery requires you to basically chase them down yourself for information. Sure, there's a Porsche logo on some stuff which is cool, but that's not enough. I have about four Porsche Design t-shirts and I'm never going back. I could hire someone to make better stuff for less money.
