I've purchased close to twenty pairs from this company and I'm extremely happy with my experience. The quality is solid and the prices are very fair. Every order has arrived on schedule and I've only had one pair of sunglasses break in all that time. I sleep in my reading glasses all the time and they hold up great. This is my go-to spot for both readers and shades.
I got a pair of sunglasses as a gift for my wife but ordered the wrong style by mistake. Since I wanted to make sure it arrived in time, I placed the order five weeks ahead of the holiday. When I asked their customer service team for an exchange just outside their thirty day window, I had to reach out multiple times through both email and chat before getting a robotic response saying they couldn't help because I'd missed the deadline. Their customer service seems completely disconnected from reality and lacking any real judgment. I won't be ordering from them again.
The glasses weren't for me personally, but everything else went smoothly. Their customer service team was really helpful, the checkout process was simple, getting ahold of someone was quick and easy, and working through the return process didn't take any hassle at all.

These glasses are noticeably better than what you'd grab at a big box retailer and the price is still fair. I've grabbed four pairs and they always seem to have buy one get one deals going. That said, their customer service is absolutely the worst I've experienced. You can't call them on the phone. Their chat just forwards you to email no matter when you try. I had to send fourteen separate emails just to try to get an exchange on a wrong color order, and I still didn't get it resolved. It's strange that a major celebrity would put their name behind such a badly run operation that basically buys cheap frames from overseas, slaps a label on them, and throws money at online advertising.

I took them to a local eyeglasses retailer for replacement, though I had to track them down to get it done. Then in late 2022, the exact same thing happened to my replacement pair, breaking in the identical spot. When I contacted the company directly, they basically said it wasn't their responsibility since I'd purchased through a third party retailer. I followed up with that retailer, but since I'd already used my warranty replacement once, they said a manager would need to get involved. After spending weeks chasing people down without getting accountability, I decided to try a different brand. I'm so glad I did. I'd paid over two hundred dollars for that single pair through my retailer, but now I've found a much better option.
The delivery took three weeks and when it finally arrived the quality was really disappointing. I doubt even the celebrity who endorses this brand would actually wear these.
