I ordered sunglasses from their site and the shipping was quick with the charge going through immediately, but when they arrived they weren't right for me. Getting hold of customer service to request a return was impossible and I got no response for almost two weeks, which was my entire window to return them and pay for return shipping myself. With all the money they spend on advertising, you'd expect them to have an actual customer support team in place. This whole thing has been really disappointing.
Customer service never responded to me. My delivery took forever, and nearly a month has passed since I placed my order without receiving anything. They had no problem charging my card right away, but getting my sunglasses or even a reply from them has been impossible. Don't waste your money here.
