Once it finally appeared, the package went bouncing all over the state - it hit multiple cities in Florida including areas nowhere near where I live, with several stops in the same locations repeated. The routing made absolutely no sense and was wildly inefficient. I'm telling you, avoid ordering from this company at all costs.
This is unbelievably bad. My first order never showed up and couldn't be tracked for six weeks straight. When I ordered a replacement, the exact same thing happened. A refund was supposedly issued but they only sent back the shipping cost, not the full purchase price. The service is awful and honestly feels sketchy. Don't bother with this place.
I picked up four different pairs including reading glasses, blue light glasses, and regular sunglasses. It took just under a month for everything to arrive in Europe, which seemed reasonable. The support team got back to me fast and was really helpful whenever I needed them. Everything came extremely well protected and the glasses themselves look and feel well made.
Avoid buying from them. The glasses fall apart easily, the construction is really poor, and good luck getting your money back if you try to return them.
Would not recommend Prive Revaux sunglasses at all. I ordered two pairs and they just didn't fit my face well. On top of that, the return shipping and tax charges were higher than what I originally paid, meaning I'd get back less than half the cost of that pair. When I contacted support about these issues, they were unhelpful and kept pointing to their return policy without actually addressing my specific concerns. Now I'm stuck with sixty dollars worth of glasses sitting in a drawer that I'll never wear. Really disappointed with how this was handled.

Don't buy their glasses. I've gotten three pairs of blue light readers and while I really liked the first set, the frames were flimsy and fell apart after a few months. My other two pairs had lenses that only worked if I sat super close to my screen, which made them practically useless. They clearly made the lenses incorrectly but refused to help.
