My daughter gave me the Pure Enrichment XXL heating pad as a gift and I've been using it for a couple years without any issues. I use it every winter for my back while I'm sitting around. Recently I washed it like the instructions said and it stopped working. I reached out figuring nothing would happen since I didn't have the original receipt and it had been a while. But the company replaced it no questions asked even though it's only got a 5-year warranty! I honestly can't remember the last time I experienced customer service this good. They genuinely seem to care about making things right. I'd definitely buy from them again. Next time I'll stick to spot cleaning to be safe though!

I bought a battery powered heat wrap from someone reselling on eBay who said it was new in the box, but they forgot to include the battery so it was worthless. I can't find the battery anywhere, so I reached out to Pure Enrichment to see if I could buy one separately. They refused because I don't have an original receipt. This is insane!

Their team even followed up to see how I was enjoying my first purchase, which really impressed me. The new manicure set is the ideal size whether you're using it at home or traveling. Five different attachments mean you can actually get professional-looking nails without leaving home. Best part is it's intuitive right out of the box. Just pop two AA batteries in the end and swap out the tips depending on your needs. You get files, shapers, and buffers. It has two speed options so you can do minor touch-ups or a full manicure or pedicure. The rotations are incredibly smooth and it feels balanced and sturdy in your hand. Not flimsy, but not heavy either. Even includes a storage bag for keeping everything organized. Super satisfied!

Had a terrible experience with customer service regarding my cool mist humidifier and air purifier. I was misled by one rep, then when another rep got involved, they had no clue what had already been discussed. Strongly suggest staying away from Pure Enrichment and their products.

Got this small humidifier mainly because my daughter has several in her kids' rooms and they seemed to help. With the dry Wisconsin winters, I get nosebleeds sometimes, and this quiet little machine has been a game changer! Should have bought one years ago!

I received an air purifier as a Christmas gift and was nervous about the noise level. Turns out it's really quiet and it works well too. I can notice the air quality has improved already. Very happy with it.

I've purchased three heating pads from them and none of them lasted. The first couple made it about a year, but the third one broke down after just six weeks. The pads seem well-constructed but the control system is awful. Pure Enrichment is straight-up junk!

Really glad I picked up this pure essential oil diffuser. Compared to other ones out there, this is definitely the best option for me. Simple to operate and it's built well. Got mine from a department store and would tell my friends about it.
