Since I opened it, I can't return it or get a refund. The other one was bought over a month ago so I can't do anything about that one either. Stuck with both.
Just got a puzzle from Puzzle Warehouse with a missing piece. Their solution was either a 50% credit toward something I'd have to buy from them or a 20% refund back to my card. When I asked about getting the puzzle replaced, they said no. I used to shop here all the time and thought they were the best place for puzzles online, but things have changed. Their customer service has really declined and their packaging is terrible. I've gotten several damaged items because they don't use enough protective materials. There are tons of other puzzle retailers out there now with better selection and packaging. Puzzle Warehouse needs to step up their game or they're going to lose a lot of customers.
Bought a puzzle from them and three weeks later finished it with some friends. Turned out one piece was missing. Called Puzzle Warehouse the next business day to report it and they flat out refused to help. Their response was that I needed to provide a photo of the completed puzzle showing the gap, otherwise they wouldn't do anything about it. The manufacturer won't help either without that photo. Now I'm stuck paying for something that's incomplete and have to purchase it again from somewhere else. I won't be ordering from this company again.
I ordered from Puzzle Warehouse with expedited shipping. The item didn't arrive on time. Fedex will refund the shipping charges through their guarantee if the seller helps process the claim and passes the refund along. Puzzle Warehouse refused to assist, even though it would cost them nothing. That's not customer service in my book.
I've ordered lots of puzzles from this place and spent good money, but recently I got something completely wrong. The puzzle that arrived was one I didn't ask for and it was hideous. I didn't get what I wanted at all. When I called to complain, the agent told me I had to send a picture of the puzzle and its label to prove I got the wrong one before they'd send a return label. I don't know how to do that over the phone. Come to find out they had put the wrong label on it themselves. Their mistake caused me to get the wrong puzzle. I'm really let down and probably won't order from them anymore.
I ordered three puzzles as birthday gifts and they came packed poorly and damaged. Dealing with this company to try to fix the problem is a headache. I'd skip them unless you're okay with paying full price for damaged goods.
Their customer service is outstanding! I had a puzzle that arrived damaged and they replaced it immediately without any hassle. There was another puzzle I wasn't happy with because the pieces wouldn't stay linked together, and they sent me a free replacement puzzle of my choice! Big thanks for the excellent support.
