Everything arrived when they said it would. The whole process was straightforward and incredibly quick. I ordered a 2000 piece collage puzzle just 10 days before a family vacation and it showed up 3 days later. I used a bunch of old photos, some going back 28 years, and shot them with my phone before uploading. A lot of the images were low quality and somewhat blurry, and that's exactly how they showed up on the finished puzzle, but honestly our whole group didn't mind one bit since they were accurate to the original photos. Really solid quality. Got it quick. Putting it together was fun. Out of the whole thing, maybe 2 or 3 pieces were stuck together because of some sloppy cuts from the factory.

The puzzle turned out looking awesome, and the image quality was better than I expected it to be. Plus the puzzle itself was bigger than I realized it would be.
