Not terrible for what it does, though I'm pretty new to proxies so I don't have much to compare it to. Unfortunately, after just a few days of using the service, the whole operation disappeared and I lost my money. Even if they somehow come back online, I can't in good conscience recommend them to anyone. My advice? Look elsewhere.

Update: Their compliance department finally resolved my issue and returned the money from the failed transaction. Thanks for that. --------- I had a really bad experience with PYPROXY. They messed up my payment processing, and when I tried to reach their support team multiple times, they took forever to respond. The support staff was unhelpful and defensive - instead of owning up to their system error, they blamed me and refused to offer any kind of compensation or refund. Email responses were incredibly slow, dismissive, and showed zero urgency about helping the customer. That's unacceptable for a service where timely payment processing actually matters. If you care about how your customers are treated, I'd recommend staying away from PYPROXY. The whole situation left me with a really negative impression and I honestly don't think I'd trust them with my business ever again.

Terrible proxy service overall. Seriously, don't buy ISP proxies here. I ordered an Indian proxy and received a Japanese IP instead. When I reached out to their support team about it, they refused to give my money back and claimed it wasn't their responsibility.

There's definitely a bunch of questionable reviews floating around. Here are my real problems: 1. When I signed up for their unlimited plan, they gave me localhost instead of an actual server address and told me I'd have to wait roughly 12 hours for support to be available. 2. On March 2nd they had a major outage affecting unlimited proxies for about 5 hours and when I asked for my money back they straight up denied it. Said it wasn't actually their proxy problem (yeah right), but somehow when the proxies aren't working it suddenly becomes a proxy issue. 3. Their support is only available maybe 3 or 4 hours per day. I'd suggest choosing a different service over pyproxy.
