Their customer service team fixed my issue super fast. Just stick with what they tell you to do and your proxies will be running smoothly! The proxies themselves work great too. Word of warning: they're marketing data center proxies as if they were Static ISP proxies and deceiving their users. Don't get their proxies. They won't function on websites that require residential IPs. These proxies are easy to detect and block. Check them out on ip2location and you'll see they show up as data center proxies, VPN type, and more. The customer service is terrible too - no live support option and no refund guarantee. You'll regret spending your money. Steer clear of this one.

Terrible services, definitely not worth paying for. They don't deliver what they advertise, and they'll cancel your account without explanation. I'm genuinely unsure who's being dishonest at the end of the day. If customer satisfaction isn't important to you, stay away. The way they treat people is really unprofessional.
