My wagon only lasted ten months before it started falling apart. The customer service team hasn't been responsive to any of my messages. I've sent multiple emails with photos showing the damage, and this has been dragging on for a couple months now with no resolution. I can't recommend them based on this experience.

Ordered a tire replacement kit for an older wagon back in late April. Unfortunately they sent the wrong kit. I asked if we could exchange it for the correct one instead. They told me all sales are final and wouldn't swap it out even though it was their error. They said I could buy the right kit from them, but no exchange option. This company's policy is ridiculous. Even their final sale rule apparently includes exchanges when they mess up the order. I'd honestly suggest checking out YouTube tutorials that recommend going to Amazon for replacement parts, which is what I ended up doing. I found tires there that work perfectly and cost way less than what Radio Flyer charges. Don't give your business to this company.

Skip this brand entirely and look at other options. The quality just isn't there. I'm serious when I say the craftsmanship is really poor and the materials feel cheap. The plastic is low quality, similar to what you'd find in discount grocery stores. I don't mind spending more money if I'm getting better quality in return. I own other brands like Nuna strollers and car seats that cost more but deliver on that quality promise, even though they're made overseas. Radio Flyer doesn't seem to care about quality control the way those companies do. If they want to charge premium prices, they need to step up their manufacturing. Otherwise they should lower their prices to match what you're actually getting. I'm really let down by this company. I bought one of their ride-on toys for six hundred dollars and had issues with it. I tried to return it but their customer service wouldn't help and they wanted another two hundred dollars just to ship it back to them. It feels like they're trying to rip customers off. Keep your money and spend it elsewhere.

We bought two bikes through a morning show promotion and ended up choosing the wrong size for my wife. The item was still sealed in the box, unopened. We told them we'd cover the return shipping ourselves if they'd just swap it for the correct size. They said no way, we'd have to pay the full retail price instead of the promotional price to get a different one. Pretty disappointing, especially since we were willing to handle the shipping cost ourselves. That's the last time we're ordering from them, and we definitely won't be back for any other products.

Got two bikes as Christmas gifts for my husband and myself. Ordering was straightforward, there was a good promotion running, and they showed up faster than expected. They came together without any headaches and they're a blast to ride. Would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for bikes.

Great customer service definitely makes up for some quality issues with the actual product. When I received my tricycle, I noticed manufacturing problems with the welding and some rough edges that were tough to deal with during assembly and left visible marks. On top of that, a unique screw for the seat was missing from the package. Without it, the tricycle couldn't be ridden at all. The customer service team really stepped up though by sending the part overnight at no extra cost. Really appreciate how they went the extra mile to fix the problem.

Purchased a tricycle directly through their website and when it arrived, I discovered assembly was required but no tools were provided. I had to dig through my garage and grab whatever I could find that might work. The whole setup process took forever because I wanted to make sure I didn't mess it up. Once I finally got it together, there were serious problems. The bike squeaked really loudly, the rear wheels were shaky, and the front wheel wouldn't turn properly. The metal component that controls the steering is way too tight and I physically can't tighten it any further. Now the tricycle just sits unused in my garage. I spent seventy-five dollars on something my kids won't even ride. When I tried to send it back, they refused. Really think hard before giving them your money.

I placed an order for a custom wagon and decided to cancel it just a couple hours later. The company said they'd process the cancellation and my $264.82 would show back in my account within 5-7 business days. Well, it's been months since mid-April and the refund never appeared. I reached out again and they claimed the charge never went through in the first place, which made no sense since I could see it plain as day on my bank statement. Luckily I called my bank directly and they were able to reverse it for me. I was seriously upset thinking I'd lost nearly $300. It's wild that they'd deny the charge happened when it's right there documented in my banking records.

I'm still waiting to hear back from this company about an order I placed. The item never arrived at my house and they're refusing to give me a refund. This whole situation started back in the fall and nothing has been resolved. I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated with how they're handling this.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The products themselves are wonderfully made and the backup support is genuinely excellent. Everything moves quickly, the team is friendly and helpful, and communication is top notch. They really prioritize taking care of customers and making sure your experience is great every step of the way. This is hands down the best company I've ever worked with.
