What Shoppers Say About RAILS
RAILS clothing receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with shoppers consistently reporting severe shipping delays and lack of communication. Multiple reviewers describe waiting weeks for orders with little information, unresponsive customer service, and items that never arrive or turn out to be out of stock. Beyond logistics, customers note that the clothing quality does not justify the premium pricing, with materials feeling cheap and garments deteriorating quickly after minimal wear and washing. The restrictive 14-day return policy compounds these issues for dissatisfied buyers.
A small minority of shoppers report positive experiences, praising the style of the clothing and citing acceptable delivery times and complimentary gifts with orders. However, these favorable experiences are significantly outweighed by complaints about fulfillment problems, unresponsive customer service, and value concerns. For a brand positioned at a premium price point, the inconsistency in service and product quality appears to be the primary driver of dissatisfaction.

Sorted by: Most recentGot an order for my wife's Christmas list and got a message saying it was on the way. It never showed up. Took three weeks of asking questions before they finally told me it was actually out of stock. This company is terrible.
Really underwhelming quality for what they're charging, honestly kind of shocking. I've ordered several tops and while the styles are nice, the material and how they're made feel cheap, like fast fashion. Doesn't hold up through very many wears or washes. Their customer service team did handle things well though, they sent me a gift card quickly when something arrived damaged.
Placed a substantial order three weeks ago and haven't heard anything about it being shipped. Followed up several times and they just kept saying to wait 14 business days. We're past that now and still nothing. From a premium brand, this is shocking. Trust me, read the reviews before buying from here because it's really not worth it.
The clothing is nice but I'm not happy about their return window being only 14 days. For a brand at this price point, that's pretty restrictive. Don't think I'll be a repeat customer because of this policy.
Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. It's been almost two weeks now with no updates and my emails keep getting ignored. That's disrespectful and unacceptable, and of course I still don't have my dress. This has honestly been the worst online shopping experience I've had. Don't make the same mistake I did and don't order from them.
Bought shorts online and honestly was nervous after reading the reviews, but this turned out great. Ordered on Sunday, got it Wednesday, and the shorts are fantastic. They threw in a free bag too. Everything was perfect.
Placed my first order with them and waited a full week without hearing anything about when it would ship. Then I got an automated message telling me the order was just straight up canceled. The customer service here is honestly terrible. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. It shouldn't take eight days just to find out they canceled your purchase. Really disappointed.
Spent over a thousand dollars on clothes ten days ago and still nothing. No shipping updates, no responses to emails. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I'm going to dispute this with my credit card company and request a chargeback because of how bad the service has been.
Bad experience so far that matches what others are saying. Got a dress and it showed as dispatched on day ten even though they said 7 to 10 days. A blurry picture was put on the tracking showing a package outside some house that isn't mine or my neighbors, and nobody left a note. The carrier pointed me back to Rails. Sent four emails over a week and tried calling their number with no answer. They don't even send email confirmations so you don't know if they got your message. This feels like a complete scam. Won't be shopping here again and want a refund at this point.
Bought something for around three hundred dollars and looked into their international shipping policy before ordering. I knew I'd be on the hook for duties and estimated maybe thirty dollars based on other purchases from US companies. I was way off. Ended up paying nearly two hundred dollars in duties on my three hundred dollar purchase. Emailed their customer service about it and the first response seemed like they cared, so I sent all my receipt details. Then nothing. Followed up again and got told they can't control what customs charges. So I paid five hundred total for a sweater. I really like their stuff but won't be ordering internationally again. Heads up to anyone outside the US.
