What Shoppers Say About RAILS
RAILS clothing receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with shoppers consistently reporting severe shipping delays and lack of communication. Multiple reviewers describe waiting weeks for orders with little information, unresponsive customer service, and items that never arrive or turn out to be out of stock. Beyond logistics, customers note that the clothing quality does not justify the premium pricing, with materials feeling cheap and garments deteriorating quickly after minimal wear and washing. The restrictive 14-day return policy compounds these issues for dissatisfied buyers.
A small minority of shoppers report positive experiences, praising the style of the clothing and citing acceptable delivery times and complimentary gifts with orders. However, these favorable experiences are significantly outweighed by complaints about fulfillment problems, unresponsive customer service, and value concerns. For a brand positioned at a premium price point, the inconsistency in service and product quality appears to be the primary driver of dissatisfaction.

Sorted by: Most recentBought a Rails dress at full price and wore it once. Sent it to get dry cleaned and when it came back, there was a big tear in the hem. Emailed the company about it and got nothing back for over a week. They don't seem to care about quality problems or responding to customers. Definitely hesitating before I order from them again.
Ordered a dress on May 31st and sent three separate emails to their support team with absolutely zero response. I needed it for an event that's already come and gone. Would really appreciate some kind of update from Rails about where my order is. This is frustrating.
Do yourself a favor and don't buy from here. Worst quality clothes I've ever received. A tank top for over a hundred dollars and it's absolute garbage. Got shorts too and they're thinner than underwear. Clearly made in a sweatshop somewhere. Sending it all back.
Ordered something on May 26th and their website said shipping takes 7 to 10 days. Still nothing. When I reached out, they said they were slammed because of a sale going on. That's not my problem honestly. If they can't handle orders in their stated timeframe, they shouldn't take them. Needed the item for an event that already happened. Sent them a message like they asked and got told there's a backlog due to the sale. Probably won't order again.
Got a dress that didn't fit right and wasn't really my style, so I tried to return it. Used their online system to get a return label and took it to a DHL location, even though it wasn't the most convenient option. When I tried to drop it off, the worker said the barcode wouldn't scan properly. I've emailed customer service about it but still haven't heard back.
First time writing a review but felt I had to after all the negative ones I've seen. The reality is Rails has amazing customer service. Reached out about damage that my dry cleaner caused to something I bought, and not only did they help me out, they surprised me by sending a replacement completely free. All via email and they got back to me within hours. Super personable and professional. Everything got sorted out quickly and perfectly. Really couldn't have asked for better.
I don't usually write reviews but had to after seeing all the negative ones. Rails actually has fantastic customer service, seriously. I emailed them about some damage a dry cleaner caused and they didn't just help me figure it out, they completely replaced the item at no cost. Everything was handled through email and they got back to me super fast and resolved everything really quickly. They were personal and awesome. Couldn't ask for better.
Can't even access my account even though I've checked my details four times. Sent emails and got nothing back. Starting to wonder if I've been ripped off. Is this even a real business?
Drove 45 minutes out to the Notting Hill location only to find a note saying they were out for lunch. Waited almost half an hour and nobody showed up. This is completely unacceptable.
