Sorted by: Most recentReally disappointed with the shipping situation. I ordered a pair of candles and the total came to around $70 with shipping included to Canada. Then a few days later I got hit with an unexpected FedEx bill for almost $40 on top of that. The duties shouldn't even apply since these are made in the USA and covered under the free trade agreement. The website didn't make this clear beforehand, so it was a nasty surprise. I tried reaching out via email twice to figure this out but never heard back after waiting over two weeks. Would really like to see them improve their international shipping process or at least be upfront about these potential charges before checkout. That said, the actual candles themselves are fantastic and some of the best I've ever used.
