It's got all these hard particles throughout that just won't dissolve or blend in. Your drink ends up full of chunks instead of being smooth and creamy like you'd expect. When I contacted customer service and their UK distributor about the quality issue, neither one would do anything to help. They basically dismissed my concerns and insisted this is totally normal. But they don't mention this weird texture anywhere in the product description. You only find out after you've bought it and that's when it's too late because they won't offer returns or refunds
This is ridiculous. Ordered ten days ago and paid extra to get one to two day shipping. It's been over a week with no tracking number or any real information except one message saying things are delayed. They charge your money and then can't even deliver or bother giving customers updates about what's going on
Ordered a week ago and never got a confirmation email or shipment notification. I reached out twice and both times they said they'd send it right out with tracking info. Nothing happened either time. Called them again today asking them to either ship my order or cancel it. Got an email back saying they canceled everything and I'll get my refund in three to five business days. Never shopping there again. This was hands down my worst experience with any online retailer
My family has been loyal to this brand for years and we love most of their stuff. But I'm frustrated with what they did to their Cookies and Cream Protein bars. I tried posting a review about this on two different platforms and both times it got blocked. The real problem is that they completely ruined this bar. It used to be amazing and now it's half the size, way less protein, same amount of calories, same price, and it tastes nothing like Cookies and Cream anymore, more like peanut butter. This was literally the only bar they changed and it was our favorite one. Make it make sense. Their products are good overall but this change was terrible. What really upsets me is that they apparently don't care about what loyal customers have to say. We spend tons of money with them and have recommended them to friends. Finding out they don't value our feedback is really disappointing. We won't be buying these bars anymore or telling people about them
Placed an order August 23rd and by September 11th it still hadn't shipped. Sent them emails asking about it but got no response. I understand things get delayed sometimes, but some kind of update would be nice. I'm just sitting here wondering if I'm ever going to see my order or if over a hundred bucks got wasted
Waited two weeks just for them to send my order out, then another week and a half for it to actually arrive. Where are they shipping from, overseas? Don't get answers to emails, yet they've got plenty of time to post on social media every day. I can order stuff from cheap import sites and get it faster than this place. Would never have bothered if this wasn't a buy one get one deal, really regret it now
Their order processing is incredibly slow. Yeah they generate a shipping label quick enough but then the package just sits there for days or weeks without actually shipping. And good luck getting customer service to help you. Radio silence
Nightmare from start to finish. Ordered on the 5th of November and they took four days just to get it ready to ship. When the package finally went out, the address on it was completely wrong and the place doesn't even exist. There's zero way to fix or update the shipping address once it's placed. On top of that, they used media mail which means the package won't show up until nearly a month later. I called to let them know the package would get sent back because the address is fake, and they promised to send a replacement. Then they sat around for ten days before sending the replacement package, and guess what, they used the exact same slow shipping method again. I called back and they basically didn't care at all. They just said they'd make a note on my account like I'd ever want to buy from them again
Ordered from their site and was told about a certain discount plus free items with my purchase. Once I paid, those free items ended up being charged to me and the discount disappeared, which nearly doubled my costs. After two weeks of going back and forth with them, they finally gave me a voucher for what they overcharged me. Thing is they never mentioned the voucher expires. Now I've been waiting over a week for them to respond while I try to use it. I was hoping to give them another shot and place another order but this is ridiculous. I'm really let down because I've always been interested in this brand because of their athlete partners. The customer service here is honestly the worst I've ever experienced with any company. These athletes probably have no idea how bad the company is treating customers
