The couple times they did reply, they promised to get back to me, but they ghosted. Heads up that you don't get refunds, only store credit. The support here is really lacking. I've blacklisted their email address.
I grabbed two dresses from them for around $300 total. Both pieces felt cheap and didn't flatter my shape at all. Check out their return policy first. You're limited to store credit only. So if you end up hating their clothes, you're basically stuck purchasing more of their cheaply made garbage.
The stuff they sell is garbage and good luck getting your cash back when you try to return something.
This boutique took my payment without any problem, and they assured me I could exchange it if there were issues. When the dress arrived and didn't fit right, I requested a return and got refunded. Turns out their return policy had changed just 4 days before I made my purchase, and now they won't process returns anymore. The best they could do was offer an exchange on my $60 purchase. I'm done shopping here for good. Watch out - they advertise that all sales are final, so don't expect to be able to send anything back. Their advertising is misleading and their support team is awful.
