The tags were untouched and everything was in perfect condition. The manager there made the whole process a nightmare. She kept pushing me to browse around instead of just processing my return. When I insisted on returning it, she grabbed the item, disappeared into the back, and came back saying she couldn't resell it because nobody would want it. She claimed it had a bad smell that she detected after sniffing it in the back office, which makes absolutely no sense. The shirt had been sitting in the store bag with tags attached for just two days. There's no way an odor could've developed. The way this manager treated me was rude, disrespectful, and honestly felt discriminatory. I've never experienced anything like this before and I was seriously embarrassed. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I'm taking this further.
