They claimed they verified my rent payments from April through August but nothing actually went through. I want my money back for those months. Plus their hold times are ridiculously long and nobody answers. This company is bad at everything. Be careful before signing up.

Hard to work with and seems focused on profits over customers. I used them before and appreciated the help, but when I moved in August I tried to stop the service. The cancellation didn't work online, so after several months of annoying charges I finally got it done. When I asked for even a partial refund for the 9 months they weren't actually providing anything since I had no rental at that time, their team lead just quoted policy at me. Even after I explained my situation, she showed zero understanding or flexibility. Just repeated company policy like that was the only answer. Really disappointing since she had time to look into my case but chose not to offer any real solution, just refunded nothing. They could've offered a partial refund or credited those months to future use, but instead they stuck to their rigid policy. Felt greedy, unprofessional, and completely lacking in actual customer care.
