Got a comforter in November as a gift and wanted to swap it for a different color, but they turned me down saying the 30 day window for returns had already passed.

Hands down the most ridiculous return policy I've ever dealt with. You have to jump through so many hoops just to send something back, and they demand you use the original boxes which makes zero sense. On top of that they want photos of everything you're returning! Total joke of an operation and way too expensive.

Their return policy is intentionally misleading. They don't sell complete sheet sets, forcing you to buy multiple separate pieces to get the full thing. But here's the trick: if you want to return everything, they only let you send back two items per order. This is clearly meant to prevent people from returning everything and leaving folks stuck with stuff they don't want. They also demand you keep all original packaging, which I did save, yet they're still fighting me on the return. Customer service is useless because you get chatbots that don't make any sense, and when you finally talk to a human they just repeat the same garbage. I went to my credit card company with a dispute because their tactics are just gross and dishonest. If I'd bought each item separately on the same night, maybe I could return everything, but honestly who knows since they rejected my attempt to send back just two items anyway.

Be careful with this company. They won't stand behind what they sell. Customer service is really bad. They kept switching up explanations for why they couldn't swap my comforter. Way too much money for the quality you get. I'm done shopping with them. Update from January 25th: After speaking with the owner directly, he made things right. I do appreciate him stepping in on that.

Watch out for this company! I grabbed a comforter last summer and absolutely love it, so I picked up the sheet set too. The sheets are fantastic until you realize they have issues. When I pulled the fitted sheet off the mattress for the first time, two of the elastic bands ripped. One came right off and the other was barely holding by threads. Their website says they offer a 1 year limited warranty covering stitching problems. I took pictures and went online to file a claim. They wanted me to pay thirty bucks for the price difference. Big mistake on my part, I called their support line. The rep told me it wouldn't count as a warranty claim but instead a satisfaction guarantee swap, and she'd manually help me skip the thirty dollar charge. But then she asked if I still had the original box, which I didn't. Next she wanted to know if I could get a Rest box somehow. I said I had a box I could use to ship it back, but she insisted it had to be a Rest branded box. After that she said she'd have to check with her manager about whether they'd even accept the defective sheets. I kept thinking this can't be real policy and why would a manager need to approve something over packaging.

If zero stars were allowed I'd give them that. This is a straight up scam. Their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! I ordered a comforter and sheet set combo. When everything arrived, the comforter looked used with damage on the box and the packaging was already open. The color wasn't white like advertised but off white. The sheet starter set didn't even have a top sheet included, which the description didn't make clear at all. Getting them to start a return has been a nightmare battle. After days of going back and forth I finally got the return processed, but it's not showing in my account and they never sent the address to ship to or the free return labels they promised. They also charged me ten dollars for return fees when we shouldn't have those. They asked for pictures showing everything in original packaging and said returns wouldn't happen without all the original wrapping. There's no excuse for treating customers this way anymore.

Best Purchase EVER! And I really mean EVER because if they made clothes out of this blanket material I would buy a whole closet full. From casual jeans and shirts to a full business suit, I'd wear nothing else. Sometimes I'm sitting at work and just thinking about how much I love this blanket!

Placed an order with this company in mid April and never got a confirmation the next day. Still, $398 got pulled from my account along with a foreign transaction charge. When I reached out asking if they processed my order, they said they had nothing in their system and wanted another email address I might've used plus a bank statement screenshot showing the charge. I sent both pieces of info and then they went silent. I ended up canceling the whole card because I got worried they'd try charging me again with the info I'd given them during checkout. This feels like a major scam operation. Don't spend your money here.

Grabbed one for myself and another for my partner. I exchanged my partner's since the color wasn't his style and the swap went really smooth! Their customer service actually followed up which you don't see very often. The blanket itself works great for hot weather. The price tag is steep but they run sales occasionally. Thinking about picking up the sheets whenever there's a promotion going on.

The sheets don't cool you down all night long but they get the job done if you move around a bit. You can skip the flat sheet if you're using the comforter. Everything washes nicely and dries fast on a low setting. The fitted sheets are incredible! So much easier to get on thicker mattresses and they actually stay where they belong.
