What Shoppers Say About restduvet.com
Rest Duvet receives highly polarized feedback, with shoppers deeply divided on their experience. On the positive side, some customers praise the quality of their comforters and sheets, describing them as fantastic products worth purchasing. However, the overwhelming majority of reviewers report serious issues with the company's return policy, which they describe as deliberately restrictive and misleading. Common complaints include strict 30-day return windows, requirements to use original packaging and provide photos, limitations on the number of items returnable per order, and difficulty swapping items for different colors. Customers also report receiving comforters with visible damage, defects in sheet elastic bands, and color discrepancies from advertised descriptions.
Product quality appears inconsistent based on reviewer experiences, with some enjoying their purchases while others received damaged or defective items. Customer service has drawn particular criticism for unclear explanations and inflexibility, though one reviewer noted that direct contact with the owner resulted in resolution. The high price point combined with quality concerns and restrictive policies has left most dissatisfied shoppers unwilling to shop with the company again.

Sorted by: Most recentWent through the process of returning my stuff to this company and it was a pain from start to finish. Every single item needed its own separate FedEx label and paperwork. Then I had to wait for them to get everything, check that items were actually returnable, and reach out to them about my credit. Weeks went by and still no refund so I emailed again. They said something about delays and promised to call accounting. When the refund finally showed up, it was way less than it should've been. I had to message back again because there's no phone line available. Still waiting on what they owe me. This outfit operates with some shady practices. Won't be coming back.
I rarely write bad reviews, but I need to tell people about my experience here. I grabbed a sheet set and their ads made it sound like pure comfort and quality, but that wasn't what I got. These sheets were slippery to the point where sleeping felt impossible because you'd just slide around all night. So I figured I'd return them since they weren't what I expected. Getting a return approved was simple enough. Then things fell apart. I waited a solid month after they got the sheets back, thinking I'd get my money refunded during that time. Instead, nothing. Complete silence from the company. I reached out to ask what was going on with my refund and got no answer at all. It's really frustrating when a business doesn't follow through on basic customer promises. Eventually I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. In today's market where you'd think customer service matters, Rest Duvet really let me down. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
My husband saw the site and grabbed me something for Mother's Day since I'm always hot when I sleep. Usually over summer I just use a flat sheet with the AC at 72 degrees. This doesn't keep me cool but it won't make you sweat either, which is good. The softness is amazing, softer than actual silk honestly. I'm thinking about ordering the sheet set to try them out as well.
Skip this order!! I bought something during their Mother's Day promotion and grabbed pillow cases since other items were pricey. At checkout they had a special deal on one item, so I picked the king comforter. Right after I finished the purchase, I realized I needed queen instead and sent them an email immediately. Took them a full day just to send back a generic thank you message. When I replied pointing out they should have actually helped instead of sending automated stuff, another day went by before they emailed saying they fixed it to queen. Seemed like progress until I opened the new invoice they sent. Here's where it gets sketchy: they did switch it to queen, but they barely lowered the price. Now I'm charged way more than what I originally paid for the king! I fired back an email right away telling them this wasn't okay and they can't just charge me significantly more without my permission.
