My daughter used her Christmas money to buy a pair of jeans on the first week of January. We finally got them in early March. Plan for about two months of waiting time if you order from here.

Placed my order and after over a month it still shows as unfulfilled. When I asked customer service for a refund, they refused based on some bogus two hour cancellation window even though they never shipped my items after six weeks. That's not right at all. When I pushed back, they just said have a nice day and stopped helping. This company is incredibly unprofessional. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and file complaints. Stay away from this place.

Terrible experience with their customer service team. I ordered jeans for my daughter over a month ago and nothing has shipped yet. The tracking doesn't work at all. Skip ordering from Revice no matter how nice their items look. I've been waiting nearly two months for my order. About a month in I emailed them asking about it and they said it would ship in one to three weeks. Nope. Emailed again and got basically the same response except this time they said one to four and a half weeks. Whether they're small or not, waiting this long for one pair of jeans is unacceptable.

I know others have had problems with this company not delivering what they ordered, but my experience was really wonderful. I placed my order in early March and after a couple weeks I decided to check in with their support team to make sure everything was on track. I reached out on a Saturday and Liz responded the same day which honestly surprised me since I thought I'd hear back Monday at the earliest. She was really kind and told me my preorder would go out by mid April. Sure enough, it shipped that same week and I had it by Friday. The quality is incredible and I felt amazing in it. The fit was perfect and hugged all my curves right. I got the jumpsuit and will need to have it tailored but that's not their issue. I'm pretty short so I knew I was ordering for taller frames but petite options would be nice for us shorter girls. Overall super happy with the quality, the customer service, and how quickly I got it. Totally worth the alterations.
