Really disappointed with my recent order. I purchased two 10ml bottles including Frankincense and Myrrh, but when it arrived the Myrrh was completely empty. Since I'm ordering internationally, I had to pay extra for shipping which brought my total close to £30. Having one bottle arrive empty like that was a huge letdown.
Revive advertises a 100% satisfaction guarantee but that's not what I experienced. I got a large shipment and had problems with 3 oil blends. A rep told me to try them and if I still wasn't happy I'd get account credit, which worked for me since I'm in another country and it's hard to get to a mail place. They said I could give them to someone else and they'd credit my account. After trying them again I still wasn't satisfied, so I emailed and got a $25 credit. But I'm still missing $67.40 from what I paid. Now when I try reaching out, different reps keep telling me to send them back for a refund, but I can't since I already gave them away as suggested. It feels like Revive is using customers to promote their products but when there's an issue they dodge responsibility. This has happened before too, twice actually, and each time they offered partial credit and told me to gift or toss the problematic oil. I'm really frustrated and won't be ordering from them again.
The oils I got were really nice and I was satisfied with most of them, though I did send a couple back. Getting my refund took way longer than I thought it would and the process wasn't very straightforward, but eventually they did credit my account. The essential oils themselves are definitely high quality.
