When I contacted support, they told me they can't refund because the item has shipped. But it hasn't actually shipped. It's not moving toward me at all. This is ridiculous. I'm calling my credit card company to do a chargeback.
I'm having the exact same problems as the other negative reviews. Their customer service is genuinely awful. I don't think real people are even reading my emails or texts because I keep getting the same robotic responses to everything. I ordered jeans using their sizing guide and they arrived way too large. Two weeks after I shipped them back, my replacement pair is lost somewhere in the mail system. The whole experience has been a nightmare. I haven't even gotten to wear a single pair because of all these issues. When I posted a negative review on their website about it, they deleted it immediately. This company uses shady tactics to hide how bad they really are. I'm done with them completely and trying to get my money back now. I've bought from Revtown multiple times and genuinely love their jeans, but I'm never shopping there again after my latest experience. I ordered a pair that was slightly too big and tried to exchange them. The USPS lost my return package, and instead of working with me, Revtown kept insisting I jump through hoops trying to track it down myself. That didn't go anywhere, and I still haven't received my replacement pair. When I left a mildly negative review on their site about the poor service, they deleted it right away. That's really shady. I'm done dealing with them.
Absolutely terrible customer service from Revtown. My order went to a completely wrong address and they won't respond to any of my attempts to contact them via text or email. There's no phone line either, so I'm stuck with no way to reach anyone about this problem. Meanwhile, they've kept my $79. There are plenty of other small jean companies out there making better quality products for less money with actual customer support. I'd recommend checking them out instead of dealing with Revtown. They're just too large to care about individual customers anymore.
