ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER I've been shopping with Robert Graham for over 15 years and loved them for their quality stuff, speedy shipping, and great customer support. Something changed though, and I'm really upset about what just happened. Back in late December, I ordered 7 clothing items and had them shipped overseas. My order got confirmed right away and they charged my card immediately without any heads up or warning about anything. When the package arrived on January 2nd, there was a major problem. The person receiving it only got one item in the box - a single t-shirt. I reached out to Robert Graham right away asking what was going on, and they told me the rest of my stuff would come in another shipment. I made sure to let them know the recipient wouldn't be at that address after January 6th, so sending it after that wouldn't make sense. They completely blew off what I said. I've tried messaging them multiple times asking them to just cancel the whole order and give me my money back, but they're ignoring me too. This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had dealing with them.
