But then the top lace holder broke off last week. I tried reaching out through their customer service page but the message bounced back. Their email support hasn't responded either. I haven't worn these that much and I take good care of my things, so I was pretty let down not just by the durability but especially by how impossible it is to get help from their team. Really disappointed with both the product and how they handle complaints.
I picked up a couple of shirts and some t-shirts in early 2024. After I wore one of the shirts just once and washed it, the logo melted when I ironed it. I took it back to the store, but the staff wouldn't help me out or replace it. They just said they'd never seen this happen with other customers. The products themselves are decent quality, but the way the staff handled my complaint was pretty dismissive and honestly rude. That kind of service is bad for the brand's reputation. I'm not coming back unless they step up and replace that shirt, which wasn't cheap.
