Had a disappointing visit to this location. Both female staff members on duty were unhelpful when I needed assistance finding a specific brand. Instead of actually helping, they just pointed vaguely toward aisles and said the shoes might be somewhere around there. When I asked again for better direction, I got the same vague response. With my mobility limitations clearly visible, it was disheartening to feel so ignored and uncared for. I ended up leaving in frustration. Very disappointed overall.

Went to the store with my elderly mother and had a terrible experience. The staff refused to look up inventory even though their online system showed they had the shoe we were looking for in stock. They wouldn't help us locate it or give us any direction. To make matters worse, the cashier was incredibly rude when processing our purchase, making a big deal about a price discrepancy between what was marked and what rang up at the register, despite confirming it was the same item. Won't be going back.
