I was really let down by how small the gemstones turned out to be on these earrings. The pictures and details online made them look significantly larger than they actually are. I seriously considered sending them back. That said, I'm giving three stars because the gold-over-silver finish has a really nice appearance and the proportions work well together.

I've been a loyal customer at this company for many years and have made countless purchases. The complimentary gift wrapping, beautiful presentation of the jewelry, and free shipping are fantastic. With a big family including five married kids, thirteen grandchildren, plus their spouses and children, plus wonderful friends to celebrate, there are always birthdays and anniversaries coming up. It's convenient that you're now available through other retailers like Amazon and Target. I do hope you'd consider running some truly great deals on the lower-priced jewelry items or smaller gift options. I get that everything costs more these days, but even just a few solid deals would really help those of us who are retired. If you could still make a small profit, it would be wonderful support for older customers like me. Plus, since most of these gifts go to younger people, it would be great marketing for your business.
