Honestly one star is too generous for how bad their customer service is. They basically don't have any. Emails just get automatic responses and nothing real. There's no phone line to call. You can't actually reach a human being. I do like the brand itself but I'm not buying from them again given how impossible it is to get real support.

The customer service at this company is absolutely terrible. I made an online purchase yesterday and when I confirmed it, the wrong delivery address popped up. This was an address I used before for a different purpose, at a hotel. I immediately contacted customer support and called them today as well. They say they can't cancel the order or fix the address. For such a large business, this is embarrassing. The order wasn't even processed yet when I flagged it. I used a credit card with my actual address on file, so they can clearly see I'm the real cardholder requesting this fix.
