What Shoppers Say About Rsvlts
Rsvlts has received overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with 15 reviews averaging 1.4 out of 5. The most common complaints center on order fulfillment problems, including items that never arrive despite tracking showing delivery, wrong items shipped, and significant shipping delays of up to three weeks. Shoppers also report frustration with customer service, noting that the company has replaced human support with an automated bot system that provides contradictory information and offers unhelpful solutions like asking customers to check with neighbors or search their property for missing packages. Additional concerns include inconsistent sizing across products and difficulty locating return procedures.
A small portion of reviewers gave higher ratings, but the vast majority expressed disappointment that the company's service quality has declined from what they remember as a previously reliable experience. Shoppers report that the return and exchange process requires manual effort on their part, including printing shipping labels themselves, and that the company often deflects responsibility for delivery failures. The combination of logistics issues, unresponsive customer service, and product inconsistencies has led many long-time customers to stop recommending Rsvlts.

Sorted by: Most recentI'm reporting my experience with RSVLTS. I was trying to buy a limited edition jacket and got to checkout. Their preferred payment option wasn't working, so I tried Google Pay and PayPal instead. I chose PayPal and got a confirmation email from my bank with a code. I typed it wrong twice, so I went back and when I returned to the site the number was already filled in, which seemed odd. When I got sent to PayPal it started asking really weird questions like how much money I make after taxes, whether I own my property, monthly rent, and how much cash I have left. That's definitely not normal. I backed out immediately and checked with an AI assistant who confirmed it was a red flag and told me PayPal would never ask those questions. They said to change my password and call my bank right away. Lucky for me I didn't enter any bank details, but I hate to think what could've happened. It looks like when I went back to grab that security code, it may have sent me to a fake site, especially since that payment method was their preferred option.
I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered a jacket for Christmas and got sent completely the wrong one. Finding where to report it took forever. Then they wanted a photo of the wrong jacket with tags attached, which I understood. But their solution was to have me start a return online, wait for a return box, print a shipping label myself (I don't even have a printer at home), then wait for them to get it back before sending out what I actually ordered. I've been asking them to just call me because the email back and forth isn't clear, and they won't do it. Even after I sent the photo, they should've just shipped my jacket immediately with expedited service. I'm out of town for the holiday dealing with this mess, and when I asked for help, they just responded that mistakes happen and it's out of their control. The way a company handles problems says everything, and this one doesn't seem to care.
Placed an order in mid-November for two shirts but it didn't actually ship out until almost three weeks later. I contacted customer service and got responses from a bot giving contradictory information about where my package was. One email said it was on the way and just hadn't been scanned by the carrier yet, the next one said it hadn't even left the warehouse. The whole thing took 22 days to arrive. By that time, our family gift exchange had already happened, so the shirts ended up being useless even though I ordered in plenty of time. I've tried reaching out since asking about why this takes so long but haven't heard back. The shirts themselves are fine, but at this point they're not relevant since I had to buy different gifts.
Really sad about how this company has changed. It used to be solid but the experience keeps getting worse. The sizing is all over the place now, and ordering is basically a gamble since Medium shirts fit completely different from each other. Their customer service has gotten really bad too. They replaced actual people with an automated system that answers emails and it's obvious. There's no way to call them, and getting a real person to help is nearly impossible. My order from mid-November has been stuck on processing since the 21st with zero movement. I paid for expedited shipping but have nothing to show for it. I've sent tons of emails but they all go to the bot and never get handled by a human. If this doesn't arrive within the next few days I'm going to have to contact my credit card company. RSVLTS used to be dependable but right now I'm really let down. Hoping they fix this but for now I'd look elsewhere.
Used to be a big fan and recommended this company to everyone, but my experience has totally changed. I ordered three shirts totaling around $200 and accidentally chose the wrong size on one. I contacted them right away and they said to wait for delivery, then request an exchange afterward. The exchange showed up before my original order even got here. I've been following the tracking on both DHL and USPS since late November and neither site has updated past that date. Meanwhile, other orders I placed after this one are already here or arriving today. I've reached out multiple times but keep getting told to be patient. It's frustrating because their own AI system seemed to recognize there was actually a problem when I first brought it up.
Bought two items that never came through. The tracking shows delivered but nothing actually got to my house. Our security camera footage shows no deliveries that day at all. I've reached out to customer service so many times asking for help but they keep brushing me off. They've told me to check around my property, ask my neighbors, and even go down to the post office because the package might be there. I did all of that and nothing. This mess has gone on for five days now with zero resolution. We've bought from them before and didn't have issues, though everything took forever to arrive. This time I got these for gifts and spent over a hundred dollars on nothing. I'm completely frustrated at this point.
Ordered a hat with a processing window of one to two days and shipping that should take three to five days. But it took nearly five days just to process, which meant it wouldn't get here when I needed it. I asked to cancel, though my initial conversations were all with an automated system. When I finally got someone real, they said the shipping label had already been generated, so technically it shipped and they won't cancel. I'm refusing delivery and sending it back unopened.
The designs look awesome but the price doesn't match what you're actually getting. The quality is consistently disappointing. I've bought both shirts and hoodies and they both fall apart way too easily. You can't even wear a backpack without damaging them, seatbelts mess them up, and don't even get me started on facial hair rubbing against them. What's the point of buying something you have to be super careful with just to keep it from getting ruined immediately? Plus lots of them show up with problems already. The sizing keeps changing and they're just not well made, with seams that aren't done right and short sleeves that hit below the elbow looking weird and baggy. This feels pretty new, probably because they're trying to pump out as much inventory as possible without caring about quality. Customer service is also really bad. If you do get any response at all it's basically too bad, but they don't actually respond to complaints about quality issues. I tried asking them on social media whether something would be available for customers outside the US so I could plan my next purchase during a limited drop, but apparently that's a forbidden question.
These reviews about customer service being terrible are spot on. My wife got me some shirts as a surprise since she knows how much I used to love this brand. They wouldn't give us our points because the order was under her name even though we live at the same address. Four shirts! I've spent a ton of money there before and they just said no. We're talking eighty bucks a shirt with expensive shipping around eleven dollars, and you need a crazy amount of points just to get fifty dollars off. They lost my business completely. Really disappointed.
The products themselves are really great, but man, the shipping situation is frustrating. Using DHL for delivery in the US just doesn't work well, and the tracking info is basically useless. I'm basically not planning to shop here again unless I have over a month to wait for something to arrive. For this kind of purchase, that's just not realistic or acceptable.
