Amazing company with fantastic products and customer care! I purchased one of their coolers quite a while back, and I honestly lost track of when exactly I got it. Pretty sure it was the second generation model since I wasn't a huge fan of the strap design they had in year one. A few months ago I noticed some chipping on the outside. I decided to check their site for warranty info and saw they offer a lifetime warranty. So I reached out via email to ask if my cooler would be covered. The thing is, I had no receipt, order number, or warranty documentation to provide them with. All I could send was a photo of the cooler itself, though I was confident I'd bought it straight from them and not through another retailer. They got back to me really quickly and figured out I'd purchased it back in 2021. Turns out they weren't doing lifetime warranties on coolers back then, but because I was an early supporter of the brand, they went ahead and gave me a gift card for what I originally paid! They absolutely didn't have to do that. It's refreshing to experience this kind of customer treatment anymore. These coolers really are excellent! As someone who loves solo trips outdoors, whether paddling in my inflatable kayak or camping, this product holds up beautifully.
