What Shoppers Say About Security Equipment Corporation
Security Equipment Corporation is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 3 shoppers, with all reviews expressing serious dissatisfaction. Shoppers report defective products upon arrival, including a dog deterrent that streams rather than sprays as intended and a stun gun that would not charge out of the box. When customers attempted to address these issues, they encountered unresponsive or dismissive customer service, with the company reportedly blaming customers for product failures rather than offering support or solutions.
Beyond product defects, the company has also drawn criticism for poor business communication, including failure to respond to reseller inquiries. Additionally, shoppers report that prices are significantly higher than competitors for the same products. The combination of product quality issues, lack of customer service responsiveness, and premium pricing relative to alternatives has resulted in uniformly negative feedback.

Sorted by: Most recentGot the Dog & Coyotes Attack Deterrent and I'm disappointed. The thing shoots out a stream instead of actually spraying like it's supposed to. I was planning to use it on my neighbor's dog, but I don't want to risk hurting the animal with how forceful this comes out.
Submitted a reseller application to this company. They couldn't even be bothered to respond to me. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me.
Ordered a stun gun from this company and paid way more than what you'd find anywhere else. Right out of the box it quit charging and won't work. When I tried talking to someone about it, they actually blamed me for the problem! Absolutely ridiculous. They clearly don't care about standing behind what they sell or helping customers. Spent fifty bucks on a paperweight and they refused to honor the warranty. Never doing business with these people again. Total waste of time and money.
