Bought some DVDs and after a long wait they finally told me that three of them aren't actually available. This is the third time they've done this to me: sold me something, charged me, made me wait forever, and then said they don't actually have it. I'm pretty sure there's a specific term for taking payment for stuff you don't have in stock. That's the last time I'm ordering from them.

They promise five to ten business days for shipping. I ordered on September 19th and eleven days later it still hadn't left the warehouse. Now they're telling me the delivery date won't be until October 26th. That's way more than the ten business days they advertised, and it means the birthday gift is going to be late. That timeline was actually one of the reasons I picked them in the first place. This is my first online purchase with them and I won't be back. It's misleading advertising, plain and simple, and now the present won't arrive on time. I was sad when their stores closed down. Now I'm looking forward to when their online business shuts down too. For anyone reading this, try places like Discrepancy Records, Goldmine Records, Midland Records, Bendigo Vinyl, or Dutch Vinyl instead. They've all got solid track records and never let me down. You might spend ten bucks more, but you'll actually get what you paid for on the promised date, not months down the line. Sanity just lies about it and breaks their promises.

Don't bother ordering here. Got three albums in and while the Danger Days and Blink 182 records were fine, both Black Parade vinyls arrived completely warped. Reached out to them and they gave me a return address but no prepaid label. I had to pay eighteen dollars and fifty cents out of pocket to ship them back for a refund. Then they told me they should've covered that postage and promised to refund it to my bank account. But they flipped on that and refused to pay it back. So I ended up losing money on two defective records. Definitely don't recommend them. The customer service is terrible.

I pre-ordered an album that was supposed to include a signed card from the artist, which was honestly the main reason I ordered it. The package showed up three weeks later without the card and zero communication from them about why. Just got my Blade and Chernobyl 4K UHD Blu-rays and I'm really impressed. Fantastic prices and the shipping was speedy with excellent packaging too. The items were described perfectly and arrived exactly as shown. They work great with whatever I need and the communication was spot on the whole time. Everything was handled smoothly and nothing went wrong. Highly recommend them. Fantastic service all the way.

After buying well over six hundred items from them over the years, I've had to cancel all my recent orders. Three times now an order didn't go through online, but then I'd see it in their store and buy it there instead. When I try to reach out about these problems, they just don't respond to emails. Every excuse got thrown at me, but the real issue was clear: they weren't answering. Even though the staff in the actual store have always been great to me, I had to stop shopping with them completely. My membership got cancelled because of all this. I'll be taking my business somewhere else now. Also, some other people blame them for slow shipping, but that's not really fair because they're not the ones delivering. Sanity sells the stuff, but Australia Post does the actual delivery.

Great experience all around. The people here really know what they're doing, straightforward and dependable. Everything I ordered arrived in great condition, nicely wrapped up, and matched the description perfectly. Really solid service. Definitely recommend them to others.

Their online customer service is honestly terrible. Save yourself the hassle and spend your money somewhere else! They barely respond to emails unless you're constantly bugging them about it. I won't be ordering from these guys again.
