Got three Funko Pops in the mail and they all had defects. When I contacted them about it, their response was basically not their problem and told me to deal with the manufacturer directly. There's basically no customer service here. I'm definitely never buying from them again.
I bought several Funko Pop collectibles during a Black Friday sale using PayPal. After about ten days, their customer service reached out about a payment problem. I had money in my account, but they claimed they got an error trying to charge it. I checked with PayPal and they said there was never even an attempt to collect payment on Sanity's end. When I messaged their support through their chat, the rep insisted I needed to hand over my card info. I was willing to do that, but I mentioned how frustrating this whole situation had been. Instead of understanding, the assistant went ahead and cancelled all my orders, ended the conversation while I was still typing, and kicked me out. I sent another message through email describing what happened, and got back a response full of false information saying I refused to give my card details and asked to cancel the orders myself. Neither of those things were true. This was by far the worst customer treatment I've ever experienced.
