Got an E3 keyboard from Satechi and managed to lose the Bluetooth dongle that came with it. I contacted their support to see if I could buy a replacement. Austin and Victoria went above and beyond instead of just selling me one. They sent it free of charge and walked me through the entire process to make sure everything worked perfectly. Best customer service! Will definitely shop with them again.

Really unhappy with how this went. After placing a $260 order, I got hit with an unexpected $100 tax charge. Not happy with this purchase. My old mouse was showing its age, so I decided to try the Satechi wireless Bluetooth M1. After using it for a bit, I've come to regret the decision. The mouse doesn't respond well and I frequently need to click multiple times to get it to register. Getting it to reconnect to Bluetooth is annoying too. Thankfully my ancient Logitech mouse, despite being around a decade old, still works way better and more reliably.

Got this Type-A to Type-C adapter back in mid-2021. It held up pretty well for almost four years before eventually failing. The small gray cap started coming loose within a few months of ownership, which was frustrating since I'd have to keep putting it back on, and removing it got harder over time. Eventually the cover fell off completely and the internal parts got damaged. It served its purpose for a long time, but the build quality definitely felt cheap overall.

Picked up the Satechi M1 mouse about four weeks ago. The functionality is fine so far, but the clicking noise it makes is unbearably loud. For a company making products to work alongside Apple gear in 2025, you'd think they could design a quiet mouse. It's literally just a switch! Can't recommend this without testing it first.
