She figured that since the prices were high, the quality would match, but she ended up feeling like she got scammed on everything. The candles were tiny at $20 each and barely gave off any scent. The fragrance sticks were $1 apiece and had almost no smell to them. Then there's the room spray that stops working after just a few minutes. All of this added up to about $80. To top it all off, trying to get customer service is basically impossible. Total ripoff from start to finish.
I own a couple of their diffusers - a professional model and a home model. The home unit is just over a year old and it completely died. It won't even turn on. I still have some cartridges left for it, but they won't replace the unit because it's out of warranty now. It's just a fan essentially, and they won't back it up for more than a year. That's pretty bad customer service if you ask me, plus it shows these units aren't built to last. They definitely lost me as a customer.

This company turned out to be one of my worst purchasing decisions ever. I've been trying to get out of my contract for over a month without any luck. It's impossible to get someone on the phone, and the only way to contact them is email. I've sent plenty of emails and gotten a response just once, and it wasn't even helpful. They go through account representatives constantly, and when you get assigned to a new one, they don't even tell you, making it impossible to get ahold of anybody. The charges are unfair and the staff isn't willing to help. Find a different company.

I've had this for about five or six months and when it actually works, I really like it. But it basically never works right. The WiFi part doesn't function except for the light indicator. I have to hold it down and press the button repeatedly and hope it cooperates. It starts and then stops. That's the only way I can get it going, and it's been this way since I got it. I've sent them emails but they never reply.
After reading some of the other negative feedback, I figured I should share my own experience. I just bought a reed diffuser through their website and ran into some complications with the order. I reached out to customer support in the UK and got to talk with Kevin. He was fantastic, really went out of his way to help, solved my problem quickly, and was super pleasant the whole time. This is actually my second order with them. My first purchase was just a small sample so I could try it out, and I loved it so much that I came back to order the reed diffuser in the same scent.
I'm asking someone from this company to please contact me, and this is probably the sixth time I've made this request. I have spent months trying to get in touch with you! You're quick to send me refills and charge me, but you don't answer my emails or respond to messages, and I can't get through to any real person. My home device has had problems since day one, and now the fan won't stay running properly and it's not connecting to WiFi anymore. This was an expensive purchase, and the refills cost a lot too. It was a Christmas gift in 2024 that I was really looking forward to after being so impressed with a bigger version at a hotel. I was even planning to get two more units for my business, but why would I do that given how I've been treated? It's disappointing that I keep seeing other ignored one-star reviews on this site. This is really poor customer care.
The staff here was rude and didn't care about anyone but themselves. One of their company vehicles was parked on the street to visit a client. It was extremely hot out, and the driver left the engine running for air conditioning while they were inside. My partner politely asked if they could turn off the engine after more than 20 minutes of it idling with nobody inside because of the noise and exhaust. The driver came out and yelled at him, using profanity. It was selfish, rude, and completely unprofessional. I got their license plate number and I'm filing a formal complaint about their behavior.
